The "Red and White Luxury Course" "Choose Your Meat Dish" is a luxurious course using Wagyu beef, including seared marbled Wagyu beef carpaccio, beef yukke made with Kuroge Wagyu beef, and roasted beef skirt steak.
Our popular course menu offers an all-you-can-drink menu of 50 self-serve wines on tap, as well as draft beer, highballs, sours, and more. We also offer a selection of exquisite dishes that pair perfectly with wine. We also have many dishes that can be shared, such as appetizers, ajillo, and oven-baked pizza.
